Located on the iconic Upper West Side of New York, this project represents a masterclass in spatial transformation. The "81st Street Merged Condo" involved the complex structural and aesthetic combination of two separate units into one expansive, cohesive luxury residence.
Gregory Hitchcock Design collaborated closely with Interior Designer Tara Benet and the experts at Detail Renovations to execute a vision of light-filled, contemporary elegance. Our team was responsible for the comprehensive kitchen and bathroom design, as well as integrated millwork throughout the home's transition spaces.
Key features include a custom-designed modern staircase that anchors the living areas and a high-performance minimalist kitchen that serves as the heart of the newly unified floor plan.
