This comprehensive residential renovation in Westchester, NY, is a study in textures and modern architectural lines. Gregory Hitchcock Design collaborated with SI Design Architects and J Ferreira Construction Corp. to transform the home's primary living spaces into a cohesive, "chic" sanctuary.

The kitchen design, led by Marc Schlesser, features a masterful tactical mix of CESAR Kitchens’ most iconic collections. The central island utilizes the Intarsio collection for a bold, furniture-like statement, while the perimeter walls are finished with the sleek, minimalist Maxima 2.2 system. These bespoke units are paired with premium Sub-Zero and Wolf appliances and precision-fabricated surfaces by Faithful Countertops.

Throughout the project, the millwork and spatial planning prioritize both culinary function and social flow. Captured by photographer Costas Picadas, the result is a Westchester home that balances high-end Italian craftsmanship with a warm, contemporary New York sensibility.
