Description

Commercial interiors project for The Savanna Fund at One Court Square, reimagining a former Citigroup tower as a contemporary, luxury office destination in Long Island City. The design centers on clean architectural lines, refined materiality, and thoughtful spatial planning to support a new generation of workplace tenants. CESAR cabinetry was integrated as a key architectural element, providing tailored storage and millwork solutions that balance durability with a warm, elevated aesthetic suited to a high-traffic Class A environment. Together, these elements help transform a legacy corporate icon into a light-filled, future-facing office setting with a strong sense of place.
